Virginia's House of Angels

Honoring Our Elders. Building a Better Way to Age

The story behind Virginia's House of Angels.

Our Story

A Mission Born From Love

Virginia's House of Angels was founded on a simple belief: the people who raised us, built our communities, and carried generations on their backs deserve more than a quiet exit. They deserve care. They deserve company. They deserve a home that honors who they are.

Established as a Michigan nonprofit corporation in 2026, Virginia's House of Angels exists to make sure no senior is left without support — whether that's a meal, a safe place to sleep, help navigating legal paperwork, or simply someone who shows up.

Mission

To improve the quality of life for older adults by facilitating access to caregiving support, meal assistance, legal resources, and housing — and by promoting safety, stability, dignity, and independence among seniors.

Vision

A community where every senior is seen, supported, and celebrated — and no elder ages alone.

Values

Dignity

very interaction honors the person.

Stability

We meet basic needs first, so seniors can stand on solid ground.

Independence

We support, never override, the choices of those we serve.

Community

We believe care happens in relationship, not transaction.
